The Legacy Cookie Co. was created to honor the memory of my mother-in-law, who lost her battle with Parkinson's disease in 2023.  I wanted to do something positive to help her legacy live on. Her “Meal” cookie recipe was handed down to me 20 years ago. My hope is that this delicious cookie brings you and your loved ones as much joy as she brought to all that knew her .
